Low Solids Adhesion Promoting Etch Primer

Two component vinyl butyrate etch primer modified with phenolic resin. Pigmented with Zinc Tetroxy Chromate it imparts a smooth semi transparent wash finish , which provides outstanding adhesion to even the most difficult substrates .
